WILD
ISLAND
WHEAT
A
classic Southern German Hefeweizen (Hefe is the German word for yeast).
This straw colored beer with its unfiltered appearance and high
carbonation supports wonderful clove and banana flavors in the
traditional style enjoyed by millions of Bavarians.
It is brewed with heaps of Wheat malt and a fitting amount of
German noble hops to create a pale, spicy, fruity and refreshing beer.
The addition of
Munich
malt to the grain bill and a decoction mashing process adds a pleasant
sweetness and medium body, never cloying.
Prost!!!.
